Scholarship Application Procedure for the Scholarship for Refugees

Please only use the following online form. After filling out the form, you will receive an applicant ID number, which you will need to send us the following additional documents:

  • Creative motivation video (max. 1 minute, max. file size 1.5 GB, file formats accepted: .mp4, .mov, .avi, .wmv, .mpg)
  • Your resume/CV
  • Passport photo
  • Current certificate of enrollment admissions letter from the foreign university
  • Proof of a minimum German language level of B2 (standard: Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
  • Signed Conditions of Participation and consent form (Conditions of Participation)
